I used to think “unhealthy vegan” was an oxymoron, but…
Yesterday was my super unhealthy day. The only things that I had all day was leftover cheeseless pizza and Subway. All that processed bread made me feel like crap-ola, not even the veggies could outweigh all that.
Also, I’m curious. I bought all my fruits and veggies all in one place and time, and I ended up throwing almost all of them away after a week or so because of mold. Do you think it would be more financially responsible for me to buy the veggies I’m going to eat on a daily basis? There’s a fruit stand right by my house that is super cheap and the people are friendly. Should I become a daily customer and not buy all my fruits at one time?

Daily might be too frequent. Most fruit lasts longer than one day. More trips may mean more impulse spending, too.
